# Maintenance overview and reporting

> Monitor open work, response performance, and the age of your maintenance backlog.

The [Maintenance overview](https://dashboard.yorlet.com/maintenance) summarises your current workload and recent performance. Use it to spot overdue work and decide what your team should handle next.

## Filter by source

Use the source tabs at the top of the page to change which issues are included:

* **All**: Every maintenance issue.
* **Reported**: Issues raised by tenants through OneMove.
* **Internal**: Issues raised by your team, including planned work.

The summary figures and charts update together when you change the source.

## Understand the summary

* **Raised today**: Issues created since the start of the current day.
* **Open**: Issues that have not started.
* **In progress**: Issues currently being worked on.
* **Overdue**: Unresolved issues past their resolution target. Issues on hold are excluded while their clock is paused.
* **Avg. resolution**: The average time taken to resolve issues over the last 30 days, excluding time spent on hold.
* **Resolved on time**: The percentage of measured issues resolved within their target over the last 30 days.

<Note>Issues raised before response targets applied are excluded from target-based figures.</Note>

## Review open work

The **Open issues** chart groups all unresolved issues by priority. Select its view-more action to open the full issues list.

The **Backlog by age** chart groups unresolved issues by how long they have been open:

* Under a day
* 1 to 3 days
* 3 to 7 days
* Over a week

Use the oldest group to find work that may need chasing even when it has not yet passed its resolution target.

See [Maintenance settings](/maintenance/settings) to configure response and resolution targets.
