# Overview

> Learn how to get started with buildings and units in Yorlet.

Real estate in Yorlet consist of two core resources: Buildings and Units. Together, these resources provide you with the tools to create any desired property configuration.

Out of the box, we provide support for the following asset types:

* Build to rent and multifamily
* Residential property
* Student property
* Commercial property
* Block management
