Overview

Start building up your customer database, track sales progress and set follow-ups. Enquiries is the starting point for your CRM that constantly encourages you to move leads through your pipeline into Viewings and Applications.

Statuses

When a lead completes an Enquiry form from your website, or after you manually enter their details, they will automatically appear as a Pending entry on the dashboard. You can find a list of all your leads from the dashboard, and can even filter them by status: pending, contacted and lost.

Pending

Represents a brand new lead that has not been engaged with.

Contacted

Replaces Pending after the first entry has been added on the contact log.

Viewing

A viewing has been booked on this enquiry.

Overdue

The enquiry is overdue for a follow-up

Declined

The enquiry has been archived

Enquiry card

Enquiry cards are the place you store all of you lead-specific data, every lead has their own enquiry card. You can view an Enquiry card by clicking into an enquiry from the dashboard or by using Global search. From here you can view where a lead was generated, qualification data and add additional details. Below is an overview of what can be stored on Enquiry card:

Details

All the essential customer information: name, phone number, email and description.

When a lead completes a Yorlet enquiry form, the email and phone number parameters are mandatory. The Yorlet enquiry form also uses phone number verification for authenticity.

Qualification

Qualification data helps you to qualify a lead whilst also storing customer preferences, such as their Max budget, No. of bedrooms and move-in date.

By adding more qualifying data to Enquiries you can make it easier to find a Unit that matches the preferences of your customers.

Contact log

Use the contact log to make a record of all your communication with a customer. You can make note of when you spoke, whether it was via email or phone, what was said and even set a reminder to Follow-up.

Referral

Track the performance of your marketing by creating a record of where your lead came from.

Viewings

Create a viewing directly from the Enquiry card and track all historical viewings.

Applications

Create an Application directly from the Enquiry card.

Metadata

Used to store new data fields and also to collect additional answers to custom questions on the Yorlet Enquiry form. This is a recurring theme across the Yorlet platform, so be sure to learn more about Metadata. A set of key values that you can attach to any object, useful if you wish to store any additional information.

Data export

Export all your enquiries data to CSV in seconds. Once you've confirmed the export ranges you will be emailed a file with your Enquiries.

Data exports will be sent to the email you used to sign up with Yorlet.
