Refund a payment
To create a new payment session, follow these steps:- Navigate to the payment you want to refund.
- Click the Refund button in the top right of the screen.
- Enter the Amount, Reason, and add any aditional details about the refund.
- Click Refund.
Refunds can take 5–10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. Yorlet’s fees for the original payment won’t be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund.
