| Landlord | The beneficial owner of a unit you manage. Rent is transferred to landlords through unit ownership, you charge them your fees, and non-resident tax applies if they live abroad. |
| Leaseholder | The long-leaseholder of a unit in a block you manage. Use leaseholder accounts to charge service charges and ground rent. A leaseholder owns their property on a long lease while the freeholder owns the building; do not confuse them with a tenant on a short-term tenancy. |
| Supplier | A third party you pay on an owner’s behalf, such as a contractor or utility company. Collections from landlords can be routed to a supplier as their destination, and the supplier is then paid out like any other owner. |
| Platform | Your own business. Yorlet creates one platform account for you, and it receives your fees by default. See Platform accounts. |
