Inbox appears when Yorlet AI is enabled. Compliance opens your compliance areas.
Under Guardrails, Take part in the risk network shares disputes, written-off invoices, and tenancies ended for arrears or eviction, and lets you see the same signals from other accounts. Screening decisions, references, and payment history stay on your account. Turn it off and you stop sharing and stop seeing other accounts’ signals.
Paying out funds
Financial accounts sets the rules for money leaving your client funds balance.- Require dual approval for payment runs: a run at or above the Approval threshold needs a second team member before it can be paid.
- Require two-step authentication to pay out funds: approving a payment run or an owner payout requires two-step authentication.
Account information
Account information is the name of the account in Yorlet, the Dashboard time zone, tax IDs on PDFs, and the support details customers see. To update it, follow these steps:- Go to Account information.
- Set Account name and Time zone.
- Under Tax information, click Add a tax ID to print a tax ID on invoices and owner payout PDFs.
- Under Public business information, set what customers may see on statements, invoices, and receipts: Public business name, Support email, Support phone, Support address, Support website, and Statement descriptor.
- Click Save. Cancel drops anything you have not saved.

Labels
Labels organise and filter records. A label is available to everyone on the account. It can apply to Customer, Owner, or Unit records, or be Universal. To create a label, follow these steps:- Go to Labels.
- Click New label.
- Choose a colour, enter a name, and choose the type.
- Click Save.
