Loyalty is how you reward customers with points they redeem in OneMove. You design programmes in the Dashboard; residents see and spend points in the app. You can view Loyalty from the Loyalty page.

Enable Loyalty

Loyalty is a pay-as-you-go add-on. To enable it, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Your plans.
  2. Find Loyalty and click Get started.
  3. Complete checkout.
Once enabled, Loyalty appears in the sidebar, with Messages, Programmes, Residents, and Tiers underneath. You are billed a percentage of loyalty spend when points are redeemed, not when they are granted, and £0.02 for each message sent. See list pricing.
You need the admin role to enable Loyalty.

How it fits together

A programme is the rule: the occasion, the points, and who can receive them. When someone qualifies, Yorlet creates a grant — automatically, from Add usage, from a workflow, or from the API. Points then appear in OneMove, where the resident can redeem them. You are billed when points are redeemed, not when they are granted.

Automatic vs manual grants

For Rent on time, New lease, Move in, Renewal, Tenure milestone, and Birthday, turn on Grant automatically when you create the programme. Yorlet grants when that occasion happens. In person uses the check-in QR code on the programme — that grant is already automatic. Custom, One time, and Referral have no built-in trigger. Grant them with a workflow, Add usage, or the API. Programme Type still describes the occasion. With Grant automatically on, Yorlet grants when that occasion happens. Otherwise grants happen via Add usage, a workflow, or the API.

Points

200 points = £1. The Dashboard shows this conversion when you set reward points. Points cannot be spent for 5 business days after they are earned. Redemption happens in OneMove as a rent discount, rent credit, or cash.

Messages

Messages send a OneMove push notification, an email, or both to a building or a customer. Categorised building broadcasts also appear on the noticeboard in OneMove. Successful sends are billed at £0.02 each.

The Loyalty page

The Loyalty page shows charts for points earned, points redeemed, residents, and messages. Use the date range to change the period.

Programme statuses

Every programme has a status:
  • Active: The programme can be used.
  • Expired: The expiry date has passed. It cannot be used.
  • Consumed: The programme has reached its maximum redemptions. It cannot be used.
  • Archived: You archived it. It is hidden from customers and cannot be used.
The Loyalty programmes page has a tab for each status.
