Prism is SQL analytics over a snapshot of your Yorlet data. Use it when you need a rent roll, arrears ageing, a leasing funnel, or any other cut that is not already on Reports or Overview. Open Prism from the sidebar after you start a plan. If you work across an organisation, you can also open Prism in organisation view.
If you do not see Prism in the sidebar or on Your plans, it is not available on this account yet. Talk to your account manager.

How it works

Prism copies the records you already have in Yorlet — customers, invoices, tenancies, payouts, and more — into a snapshot you can query. The editor shows Data as of when that snapshot was last built. Standard refreshes overnight; Premium refreshes every hour. You write SQL, run it, and inspect the rows as a table or a chart. Starter queries fill the editor for common reports. Save a query to run it again, or schedule it to email a CSV. Amounts are stored in pence. Divide by 100 when you want pounds.

Enable Prism

Prism is a subscription billed on units under management, with a 14-day trial. You need the admin role to start it. To start a trial, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Your plans.
  2. Find Yorlet Prism and click Get started.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual · save 20%, then Standard or Premium.
  4. Click Start 14-day trial and complete checkout.
Once the trial is active, Prism appears in the sidebar. See Plans for what each plan includes and how pricing scales with your portfolio.
