Prism is billed once per organisation, based on units under management across all its accounts. There is no free tier, but both plans include a 14-day trial. Manage your plan from Prism plan, or open Your plans and find Yorlet Prism.
You need the admin role to start a trial or change billing.

Choose a plan

Choose Standard when you:
  • Are comfortable using data refreshed overnight.
  • Need no more than five active scheduled reports across your organisation.
  • Expect to use the SQL assistant occasionally.
  • Do not need API access or a complete download beyond the editor’s 10,000-row limit.
Choose Premium when you:
  • Need changes reflected within about an hour.
  • Schedule more than five reports.
  • Use the SQL assistant frequently.
  • Need a complete CSV when a result is larger than the editor limit.
  • Run Prism queries through the API.
Both plans let you use templates, write and save queries, see run history, create tables and charts, and display up to 10,000 result rows in the editor.

What each plan includes

Annual billing is 20% off. Paid prices are plus VAT. The prices above include the first 250 units. An AI SQL generation is used when you:
  • Submit a request in Ask assistant to edit this query.
  • Click Fix error or Fix with assistant.
  • Ask the Yorlet Assistant to draft a Prism query.
Running SQL that has already been written does not use an AI SQL generation. If you use the Yorlet Assistant, the chat message also uses that person’s separate Yorlet AI message allowance.

What the plan terms mean

  • Snapshot refresh — how often Prism copies the latest Yorlet data into its reporting snapshot.
  • Scheduled query — a saved query that runs automatically and emails a CSV.
  • Rows in the editor — the maximum number of result rows shown in the Prism workspace.
  • Full-result CSV — a complete download when more rows matched than the editor can show.
  • API access — running Prism from another system with a secret key.
  • AI SQL assist — using AI to create, change, explain, or fix SQL.
Extra units use graduated per-unit pricing:
  • Standard: 10p per unit up to 2,000 units, 5p up to 10,000 units, and 2p after.
  • Premium: 20p per unit up to 2,000 units, 8p up to 10,000 units, and 3p after.
Each unit is charged at the rate for its band. For example, 1,000 units on Standard monthly costs £40 for the first 250 units plus £75 for the next 750, a total of £115. The Prism plan page estimates the total for the units across your organisation, so the price shown reflects the current portfolio. Quantity follows units under management and updates as your portfolio changes.
If you subscribed before October 15, 2026, your plan moves to these prices automatically. If your organisation had more than one Prism plan, they are combined into one plan that covers every account, and the others are cancelled with a prorated credit.

Start a trial

To start a 14-day trial, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Your plans.
  2. Find Yorlet Prism and click Get started.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual · save 20%.
  4. On Standard or Premium, click Start 14-day trial.
  5. Complete checkout.
After checkout, Prism appears in the sidebar. A snapshot is built so the editor has data on first open. You cannot start a second Prism subscription in the same organisation. Use Manage plan if your organisation already has one. During the trial, use Templates to run a few common reports and SQL and AI for beginners to test your own questions. This will help you decide whether overnight or hourly refresh and the Standard AI allowance suit your team.

Organisations

One Prism plan covers every account in your organisation. Accounts added to the organisation later are included automatically, and their units are added to the plan’s quantity. On Standard, the 5 scheduled queries and 50 AI SQL generations a month are shared across all accounts in the organisation, rather than given to each account. Organisation view only queries accounts that have Prism enabled. Accounts outside the subscribing organisation are labelled Prism not enabled and cannot be included in Query scope. Premium can run queries with a secret key. Standard is Dashboard only.
