Tiers are named groups you assign to residents. Programmes can be limited to one tier. There is no automatic progression from one tier to another. You can view and manage tiers from the Loyalty tiers page.

Creating a tier

To create a tier, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Loyalty tiers.
  2. Click Create tier (or press N).
  3. Enter a Display name. This is shown to the customer.
  4. Click Create.
Assign the tier on the resident, or pick Loyalty tier when creating a programme.
